William from this shop screwed my dad's car and refused to be responsible. He asked us to choose the tyre rim based on pictures from another shop. When the tyre rims arrived, he should have known it was the wrong size. We didn't know better as he was the mechanic, right ? He then installed it, and while there was no problems for a start, when our family went on it, the rear started to produce noises of the tyre brushing against the rear bumper area. That's when we realise it was the wrong size. We went back to Hock Huat Tyre Battery Services and was told that he's not responsible for it as my dad picked the wrong rim. He told us to go to the tyre rim shop instead. Despite this, we went to the rim shop and got charged another $80 for "Service". If you're reading this, please do not visit Hock Huat Tyre Battery Services (Toyo Tyre). Will never return again. Car: Honda Jazz.
