My Car solar flim which was supplied by the dealer had the one portion the flim falling off after near to 3 years. Called the huper optik direct who insisted that i need to have the warranty card as they dont keep record for the car done by them. When i say i lose the warranty card during recent shifing of house and they should see that from my number plate the car is less than 3 year old somemore with the huper optic sticker at the rear mirror this should be sufficient proof of purchase. They however reject claiming that i can buy the sticker any where:-( Sigh just keep pushing responsibility to aviod warranty liability only. My recommendation is while their product is good, but after sales service is worth reconsidering. cneo

Got them on my Cefiro and they work wonders. The price however left me with a hole in my pocket.
