I am very impressed by Mike's professionalism and business ethics. My gear box was leaking gear oil. I was looking for a trusted, reliable workshop. A workshop that does not anyhow "Chop" Drivers. Especially repairing gear oil leakage can be very expensive.

Kian Teong was the first workshop at the ground floor I came across. I was initially quite worried & Reprehensive as in the past I have come across quite a few car workshops who would normally ask for the car to be at the workshop. Then they would do a check and tell you what could be the underlying problems. Then quote you the repair cost etc. Many of us are noobs and can't verify the issues.

For Mike, he is very different. He would assign his workers to hoist the car and look at the undercarriage. After which, he told me based on his experience, it's likely an oil seal issue. He recommended me to just change the oil casket seal. Monitor and see if the problem still remains. If the problem is not resolved, then look at gear box dismantling which will cost a few hundred dollars more.

Mike is not the typical guy who "Robert or chop" Unsuspecting drivers. It's very professional of him compared to those other past car mechanic workshops which I came across.

Eventually, my issue is resolved by just changing the gear oil gasket seal.

I would have not hesitation to endorse him. Very professional and service oriented. He has also traits of accountability. Good Manager too too from my general observations. He directs & Manages his subordinates well.

I would have no hesistation to find him again if I have any future engine issues.

I would give me a 6 stars out of 5 stars. He exceeds my expectations. I gladly would single him out as one of the very few car workshops that is reliable and trusted.

I've been going there for the last 10 years and there's really nothing they can't fix. Mike is highly responsible and knowledgeable. Perfect wheel alignment everytime. When my car is there, i know its in good hands.

Competent, skilled staff and very knowledgeable boss. Was there for alignment but found out the problem was more serious other than wheel alignment issues. The worker helped me to realignment of the car undercarriage while the boss was explaining the process and purpose at the same time beside me. Was amazed by his knowledge and able to identify the problem within 10-15 mins. Highly recommended and reasonable price as well!~
