Overall car repair & service was good. THINK TWICE BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CAR OVER Why a 1 star? The mechanic drove my car home, and for his personal use.… never has such an experience at a car workshop, not only am I disappointed but also angry. Upon collecting my car, I noticed a very big damage, so I asked the mechanic what happened. He mentioned that he did not drive my car out at all, and initially said that if i want to get it fixed I will have to pay $800 for a respray on the bumper. Making me even more upset, as I have to be responsible for the damages caused by the workshop…. WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. Back and forth the mechanic said, I can just come down to get it fix for free. Before driving off I realized my petrol decreased by alot , and my seat was adjusted not thinking much i adjusted it back. Before I realized my hand was covered in dirt and engine oil, so I wiped my seat with wipes, 3 TIMES BUT IT WAS STILL SO DIRTY. ALL 3 TIMES MY WIPES WERE BLACK. I checked my dashcam and realized this mechanic drove my car home, and back to the workshop, and during lunch…… So irresponsiblee… after i found out I confronted him but he just kept deny until I told him I saw what he has done through the dash cam. Only then he admitted what he did and apologize….. But so what? This does not make up for what he has done….
