I was looking for a workshop capable of upgrading the audio on a 16 year old MB CLK. I visited a few shops but did not get the level of confidence that they can do the job right. Stopped at Knight Audio Accessories and I was impressed immediately by the professionalism of the team. One key area was upgrading the subwoofer. I was looking on the web for a while for a solution but could not find any. They took the rear seat off in no time, checked the parts and advised to drop in a second hand woofer for a super nice price. We negotiated over the speakers, head unit and power amplifier. They gave good advice on Focal speakers that were above my intended budget and we settled on a set of Alpine. They never pushed for high price, focussing on value for money. As a customer, this is highly appreciated. They told me it would take 4 hours to complete the job. I did not have my wallet and they told me I could pay when I collect the car. They drove me back home and picked me up when the job was finished, right on time. Once there they took the time to demonstrate everything. One of the feature that I requested was a mirroring of my Android phone on the screen of the head unit. This was disappointing in term of screen clarity and lack of control because of a technology limitation, nothing to do with the workshop. They removed it, taking off the adaptor from the bill. Everything was so concealed that I could not locate the huge amplifier that was hiding under the carpet in the passenger foot well until they told me. Great job, super nice people and fantastic experience. Highly recommended
