Well, my new car didm't somewhat came with front and back reverse sensor which i was totally annoyed during car collection.

Car agent recommended me this shop, they quoted $180 for both front and back reverse sensor, also had stock of the colour match of car colour and decided to go for them after doing also some research of prices in the market.

Their works quite skillful, finished within an hour.

Only thing is they wanted to push sales for me to consider changing my HC to Alpine, car visor, etc and i am glad i stayed objective and focus

When doing comparison, one should compare both the selling price and TRADE IN price been offered.
I dont think the one offering lower price would offer trade in as high as them.
Compare the final cost then you would know whether you been cheated.

you cant blame them for their "sales technique"...

Some new car owners got "sliced" by their car dealers when they go to accessories shop recommended by the car dealers. What happen is that the dealer got a cut from the accessories purchased and the new car owner find out later that he can buy the same item cheaper elsewhere. . They blame the accessories shop for cheating them. My advice is that they should go and find an independent shop for their after sales purchase. IN this case, nobody get any commission. They should go and kick their car dealer instead. It's trade secret Lah!

I just bought a new car and I bargained for a dvd player with reverse camera and bluetooth with my car agent, so my agent got me a jvc head unit from this shop. So, i thought of changing to a better one, since my agent asked me to go to this shop if i got any queries for the head unit he got me. I went to the shop and asked if i could trade in my jvc head unit for alpine head unit. The boss told me that he would take the JVC head unit at retail price which is $600 plus. So i chose an alpine head unit model IVA W520E. The boss quote me the price at around $1400, so i have to top up $700 for the trade-in. Being the newbie, i agreed. Then when i came back home i checked my carforum for the new head unit price. I felt so cheated as the price other places are selling the same head unit was only around $980!!! Ive learned my lesson and i will never come back to this shop EVER!!

it is 2nd time i visited this shop since my first car installation back to 2005, surprisingly when i went back recently, i still see the similar skillful worker. I would they are moderate people and friendly, and i also know they may no be the cheapest. From my observation after work be done, they really delivered the satisfactory work, they have the sharp eye on detail and always seek your opinion for the important change. I would said they are done a good job for the money you pay, for audio equipment, you always can ask for discounted price and i found boss only ask for moderate price with installation service. the best part is they always ready to entertain you shall any issue arise due to their workmanship or audio equipment faulty. I think it is clear enough the shop can sustain since 1982 till now, in least i believe they must be always able to served their customer well.

They are very experience and charge reasonable price. Bargain for it though. Wide range of in car entertainment systems to select from.
