Good service from Lee Sheng. Did my servicing with them just before the CB started. Went for Shell servicing package, which I have always trusted and their Shell package is $98, very reasonable though. What's more, they give complimentary hot steam car wash, not the usual type of car wash. Good and easy understanding explanation to people like me who do not understand much about car. I got hit my a taxi in the back on my Toyota Previa and was advised by the insurance company to proceed to an authorised repair shop. As someone who never had a car accident before, I do not have any workshop contact besides my regular repair at Autobak, who dont do claims.

I found LeeSheng Auto online and they towed my car from PIE (Bedok) to their workshop at Kaki Bukit. They reviewed the in-car camera, and submitted the video and form to my insurance on the spot. The experience was hassle free, the entire claim paper work process took about an hour plus, including getting me a replacement car. And my repair was completed within 10 days.

I would recommend them to anyone who wants a piece of mind, esp after an accident.

Got into an accident, the bumper was quite badly damaged. Towed it over to Lee Sheng. Supposing need 3 days to be done, as they were having quite a numbers of jobs on hand, told them I need the car urgently 2 days later, and they say will try to complete the repair job within 2 days, no promise though. Received a call 2 days later, they rushed out my car for me in 2 days without compromising the quality of service and job though. Really thanks them a lot for rushing the car for me!
