Received exceptional service from Selene Wang, who was also extremely friendly, cheerful and went the extra mile! Helping us to secure our wedding car urgently in a very short amount of time! The car was in tip top condition and a pleasant to drive! Would definitely recommend Motorway Car Rentals to my family and friends! Recommend to all who has big family . If you are someone who love fuss-free and personalized car rental service, my experience may mean something to you. I work overseas and whenever I return to Singapore, I will drop Wendy Tan a text to help arrange a vehicle for me. Without fail, she will provide a list of available vehicles for me to choose from. Once decided, she will proceed with the transaction and arrange the car collection time/venue at my convenience. The cars provided are of good working conditions and sometimes relatively new (e.g. Tivoli). I had many pleasant experiences with Motorway Car Rentals, be it over Chinese Lunar New Year period, National Day long weekends and right now during my paternity leave. your services was great. i had a smooth and pleasant journey throughout my trip. the car was well maintain, spacious and clean. One thing that maybe you should consider is to supply a jump starter in the car just in case and a dash cam installed as this gives customer more secure. overall was so satisfied with yourself and Motorways. Rented a vehicle from Motorway and the process was smooth and seamless. I liaised with Regina Huang and she is a star in their army of support staff. She was prompt in replying and always offered multiple options to me when requested. When there was an incident with the vehicle, i was able to contact her on a Sunday as well which is even more commendable. She makes the entire experience terrific. Definitely! Firstly their Cars are new, well maintained, reasonable rates, a good variety of selection and more importantly easily accessible via various locations. I must also compliment one of their staff Ms Regina Huang, the main reason why i kept patronizing them. She is definitely the gem at the Lower delta building who will go the extra mile to ensure paying guest like myself gets the best value for the amount paid. She will recommend and propose the available cars according to my budget and suggest various promotions if any for that particular month. Thumbs up! Taking and Returning the car from them is just so easy and fast and without hassle whereby everything is being processed in advanced. Hired a 2 year Tivoli which looked rather new when I received it. Drove for 2days with no issus at all. First time hiring car in Singapore. Enjoyed the whole process of hiring as most conversation was held over phone and WhatsApp. The rental consultant, Owen, was very helpful throughout the whole process (Not too sure if this is norm now). Motorway offered to deliver to my place as I had to return the car at their lower delta; a plus point for me. Allan, who delivered the car, carefully explained where the little bumps and dents were before handing the key to me. Straight after I signed, an electronic copy of the PDF inspection form was sent to me. Slick process. - Zhihao Tan

Regina Huang is amazing. She took care of my rental requests on short notice, politely, efficiently and went the extra mile to get the vehicle ready and waiting at the earliest convenience. So grateful!

Car in brand new condition and comfortable for big family. Ms Wendy Tan has been coordinating my past 2 rentals on Ssangyong Stavic 2.0 Diesel (9 seater). Her fast response and her honesty in handling payment process has made my rental experience a smooth one. I will be renting with Motorway again soon !
