I sent in my car hoping to just have my rear camera replaced. Instead, they said both camera + wiring needs to be replaced. The job was supposed to be 1hour to 1.5hours long so I decided to take a walk. 25mins later, I walked past the shop (opposite side). I noticed the shop guys were glaring at me and the one working on my car was already closing up the boot. The side doors were all closed. Anyway, I continued my walk since it was supposed to be at least an hour's job.
On reflection, I cannot help but to think I was fleeced. Probably, the old wiring was reused for the new rear cam. Also, the others in the shop might be glaring at me to see if I become suspicious or not.
Overall, they didn't do enough to make me feel assured that they have been professional throughout.
In summary - you need to be technically astute when dealing with them lest you may be taken for a ride.

Bad Ris Low joke aside, I got my Pioneer system (speakers+sub+amp) here and they installed for me. It's quite pricey but the staff were very professional and friendly, and they knew what they were doing. I've had my system for half a year now and its still going strong even when I play David Guetta bass-heavy songs! Only complaint is that is expensive but I don't mind since it's like a premium for the great service I got here

Just confirmed a new ICE installation. First impression is not bad although prices seems a little high. But if audio tuning turns out to be good and installation work is fine, it should be worth it. Will keep you guys informed.

I saw how he install the entire system in my friend's x-trail spare tire compartment, really amazing. But this small job has costed him $5k. Not recommended for those with no spare cash.

Their expert sound master is a guy nicknamed "Cartoon". Won several sound contests before using his signature tear-drop dome tweeter and mid-range at the A-pillar. Very nice design concept!
