Poor service. End of the session, still got bird shit on my car. Asked the manager to come and see, and she said must go for polishing then can remove. Then I used my finger and simply wiped it off right in front of her - she got nothing to say. Then I say I not going to pay! Then she scream "Ok fine don't want pay then don't pay.". I just drove off! Fine my car was really dirty at first but such disgusting service ?

I started with Nushine at very early stage when they were at Soo Chow walk and thereafter Jalan Ampas and Sin Ming. It used to be bang for the buck, $380 for 10 sessions small car and S$580 for 10 sessions medium car. First thing that shows their lack of professionalism is their last minute informing of their shift from Jalan Ampas to Sin Ming. Service became very bad when they had more volume in busienss and they employed cheap workers of a particular nationality that do not have common sense. The 2 things they did that damaged my car was 1) Polishing my car emblem on the bonnet and boot, presumably with the same material as that for the car body. Now my car looks damn funny having dulled emblems. This damage is irreversible as my current car groomer cannot restore back the shine 2) in the car interior, some of my black surfaces peeled off. They used plastic polisher on those dark surfaces without common sense that those were not plastics

Bad experience and service today! I know they are busy on Sats but having to wait for more than 1 hour and still not washed and they didn't bother to update you how long it would take...What is more frustating was they washed a car that came later than me! Totally lousy feeling today!

Worth it for a car wash, vacuum and simple wax service for just 20 bucks. They even give away a complimentary free of 1 time car wash. Making a rough calculation, you can just spend $40 a month to get 4 car wash, 2 waxing and vacuum service. Worth it!

Nushine Autocare worker is very friendly and service is good. My car looked brand new and what impres me is that they even clean the engine covering. The waiting area is also quyite cosy.

I like that the waiting time is short since they have so many guys to work together. Not a bad choice if you just want a simple car wash with polishing.

their price is very reasonable and not too expensive but value for money if u do not expect excellent result... lack of supervision to the workers doing the grooming service hence end result is so so only...

Honestly, I think they are okay. I agreed that the staff there like to take "short-cut" and is lacking of supervision.

this car polishing centre is definitely worth going. service is great and they have a upper level for guests to surf the nets or relax in their cosy ambient enviroment while waiting for your car to be groom. alternatively you can leave your car for grooming and take a stroll down balestier plaza or along the shophouses to do window shopping or try the balestier food paradise along balestier road. i was surprised that my 4 year old mercedez interior and exterior was groomed to be like better than show room. Certainly No Regrets in sending my car to this shop with their professional and excellent service given to me and my car provided by their management and staff of Nushine.
