I called the company in order to enquire about the rental services. However, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. When I told her that I would like to rent the vehicle for a mere one day, she replied in an extremely impolite tone and rudely manner. Worse of all, she immediately hanged up the phone call after replying, 'Don't have lah, don't have lah." I am startled by such lousy service over the phone call. I believe that the actual experience of renting/buying/selling with PBT Automobile & Credit Pte Ltd would not differ much from this if the company workers continue to have such unacceptable behaviour and attitude towards their customers.

Deposit is returned upon return of the car, like their working style, very reliable.
