My experience there as below. Reasonable rates, reasonable service. No waiting needed. You pay what you get.

I go to the westmall branch and took up a 5 times grooming package with them. Its just an ordinary washing and waxing service at carpark at ordinary standards for ordinary price. There's no need for appointment and they finish it up pretty fast. They aren't that detail when it comes to cleaning as I always spot some dirt still left behind at the underside of the spoiler or the rims still have some stains. Their products are not bad given the waxing effect still last for like a month.
