Turns out pretty nasty.
I was urgently needing a car on 24th Oct.
when i first called, there was no greeting of HI HELLO or Whatsoever.
Gave a call to this company, i merely asked for " what cars are available today ? "
The lady receptionist replied, " we dont have 1 day rental "
i said, " im not asking for 1 day im asking what cars are available "
she repeatedly said 2 times with the same reply with a rude tone.
when she finally understood, she said. " we only have 2 litre cars for you, no small cars .. "
this is what got me very frustrated.
i am looking for a luxury sedan for work purposes and yet she assumed that i have no budget and was very proud over the phone.
that shouldnt be the case isnt it ?
i will never patronize nor try to rent any cars from this company anymore.
i should have heed the advice from the previous review.
We are all from service line and i personally feel that we should treat customer with such lowly and crude manner.
I finally got my rental from another company which had a very polite and " go the extra mile " staff.
She even offered me suggestions and told me which cars are value for money and on promotion.
i only needed 3 days but i extended for a week just for haji too.
hope your management can look and address into this issue with the rude receptionist.
