Boss not service oriented.

Had a electrical fault with my Honda Stepwagon. Went to this shop as my mechanic not familar with electrical issues. Told the boss, AA did a check and suspect its electrical issues. He keep shaking head insist its battery's issues. Then suddenly told me he dun know how to do. Not sure too trouble some or cannot be bothered.
