This has been my worst experience ever in my entire life of getting my car repair. To cut the long story short, paid quite a decent amount of repair fee, in and out of the workshop multiple times, given them tonnes of time and waited patiently for the car to get repaired (as long as two weeks per trip) but the workshop just cannot get to resolve the car issues. The worst is the engineer gave up and finally lost his control and said that he can't solve the problems and asked me to go somewhere else. This is totally unprofessional. To be fair, the customer service did call back to apologise after I feedback but the fact is their engineer lacks not only skill but professionalism. Don't talk about the repair fee that I have paid, the attitude is really bad and unprofessional.

P.S. Went to another workshop recommended by a friend and immediately the problems were solved within the nexy few days and cost of repair was reasonable.

Went there for 2 servicings, and 1 more time to diagnose a horn issue. I am not going back.
Generally I am not impressed - rather, worried - by their level of technical service: coolant level low didn't topup or notify me, paid to change wipers but forgot till I left their outlet (receptionist did remember and called me a few minutes later), cabin air filter didn't change at the last servicing - it was so dirty my new mechanic took a photo of it placed next to a new filter as a case example of a very dirty air filter. Wrongly diagnosed the cause of my car's intermittent horn issue and needlessly replaced (an expensive) fuse instead (it was just the horn itself all along which my new mechanic got it right immediately!). They are not bad folks and are friendly - just that I am not confident with their expertise.
