This review came in abit late but thought i should share my experience nonetheless. Few years back I had issue with my ABS brake and was referred to go there by a friend. The mechanic then was honest and good at his work (at least i thought so). Last year when i had issue with my reverse gear, i went back to them because they would have my records. However, the mechanic who worked on my brakes before, was not working there anymore. They took the job to fix my reverse gear. After i got my car back, i realised that the problem was not fixed fully. Car still experience difficulty in reversing. So i sent car back to diagnose again and now they said there's another part of the gear box that is spoilt and needs to be replaced and that would cost another couple of thousand. Naturally I questioned them why they weren't able to diagnose the full problem before fixing it the first time. They gave a very lame and senseless excuse that the computer could only scan one issue at a time. To cut the whole story short, they took very full (abt 2 weeks) to try to resolve the issue. However, they don't have the capability to resolve the issue. They outsource my car to other mechanics in Sin Ming to fix it. Funny how the mechanic at Sin Ming was SHOCKED at the cost i had to pay for my repairs. Only then I realised that I have been grossly overcharged and that they replaced the first time round was faulty. TG Autolodge were dishonest in their dealings. They overcharged client and accepted jobs that cannot do. So consumers beware. Do not patronise this workshop.
