Went there to evaluate the cost of reparing my car's excessive engine oil consumption. The manager William gave me a very comprehensive list of parts to change, quite a bit different from the 3 specialized workshops I went to to evaluate the engine oil consumption issue. Although I have yet to get the repair done, I somehow have the feeling they will be serious in having the problem fixed. Only issue is: my car has 2 plus more years to go, I don't feel it justify the $7k+ overhaul.. But new cars are so expensive now. Sigh...
