Very good service, knowledge n aftersales by Zen. Their shop may not look like much, but the friendliness is really unmatched. Ah lee the main installer pointed out my ICE inadequacy, I expected him to sell me things, but he didn't! This shows how sincere they are, and their workmanship and speed is pretty good too! Do try them out..

My speakers kept going on and off I heard that Zen Audio at McPherson is good and reliable so drove there during lunch today Fella was busy working on 2 other cars . I walked up to him and explained the problem with my speakers. He took a quick look, diagnosed the situation as my amp's wires too close to my seat rails (they were installed below driver's seat. Fixed it for me. Asked him how much it cost ...... he said 'Its OK, free' and still thanked me for using his shop !!! I will give them my business for my next car

I am a lady Fit driver and was recommended Zen by my fren. For me a novice to visit a audio shop was always intimidating. But pleasant surprise awaits me.S taffs at Zen were really helpfull and friendly, help me decide on a branded dvd player which i really like. Good price and good service!Kudos to the boss!

when to ZEN recently to get my new hi roof done with DVDs and Screen very good job and services offered. Especially the boss commendable. Was impress with the keyless entry alarm system.

We need more businesses like Zen Audio in Singapore. I went to rectify my car antenna today and they refused politely for any charges although they have to do some rewiring work. I was so impressed that I bought a pair of new speakers to support them. The price is also very reasonable and the quality is good.

We just bought our new Stream an our ICE was done by them. Unfortunately our audio w/LCD system was faulty on 2nd day of usage(have to get a China made brand,budget). How ever the boss was willing to help us to replace with a new set after confirming that the unit is faulty. The service guy was very friendly and helpful. Will be glad to go there if there is a special offer. Not that their price is expesive only looking for "super" bargain offer.
