We've had a very terrible experience with Zenith, serviced by Roy. We brought the car in and mentioned that there was noise on the front right tyre / suspension and notification on the dashboard that there's increase in battery discharge when car is stationary even though our battery was changed only 5 months ago. Zenith told us to change front shock absorber and battery. We paid $1,110 for the change. After taking the car back the noise on the tyre was still not resolved, we brought it in and he said he lubricated it so should be ok. But it was not. We brought the car back for the third time and asked to pay another $480 to change something else. We negotiated the price and still paid. 1 month later, the notification on dashboard for battery discharge came up AGAIN. We brought it back in and asked to pay another $200 and they provided the battery life and diagnostics showing another problem. We paid but no idea whether the problem is actually fixed or not.. When I asked him about the battery life and diagnostics on the first visit when we were advised to change the new battery, they gave me a lecture about mutual trust and did not show it (lol). So both our problems when we first brought the car in were not fixed in first visit and we kept going back to check and top up later. Please be careful when dealing with them because you have no idea whether you are paying for the actual fix or not and they don't seem to do their diagnostics well!

Daniel has been maintaining my cars since 2005 and he has always been reliable and honest. I have also recommended several friends to him and they are have the same sentiments.

Personally, u didn't do a good job at all. I'm the Mazda 5 driver which was referred to by my dealer. Had Check Engine Light on and after troubleshooting, u replaced 2 oxygen sensor but the fault re-appeared on the same day after collecting. And u claim dun have to worry and just ignore this warning light as nothing will happen. To be honest, which driver will not worry over a check engine light? Had engine vibrating and I sent it back to u. Throttle cleaning was carried out and a Servicing was done without informing me first. Upon collecting the car, u claim vibration was ok now. Drove off and vibration still persisted. Wasted my $$ and both faults still exists. Sent u an SMS but no replies.

Sent to another shop the following day. Within one day they managed to rectify both defects. My car is good now. Although spent about 1k at the shop that solved my problems, at least it's money well spent compared to yours.

Again personally, I will not send my car to your shop again. Pls do reply if you think I have misjudged your expertise.

Roy has been maintaining my 2010 Mer E250 since the start. Up to date diagnosis equipments for MERC and efficient service. Reasonable price too. Strongly recommended. Keep up the good work Roy .
