Bought my used car recently, and as there were some problems with it, my used car dealer Carway Enterprise brought me to the workshop. Their boss had already agreed with workshop that I would be coming down during the weekend.

Drove down to the workshop, the service staff Ah Seong asked what are the problems and said that they are engaged and advised me to come down again. However, I am driving an ROPC and no one would cover the reimbursement. Furthermore I stay far from Paya Ubi, so who is going to cover the fuel cost?

Called them on Tuesday as they were not opened on Mondays. The workshop guy Ah Boy told me that he could not guarantee whether they would be able to fix this on the same day. I am driving an ROPC for goodness sake!

Sent my car for a check to determine if there were any other problems from Cycle and Carriage, all I could say (after receiving the analysis report from Cycle and Carriage).

OMG!

Furthermore this workshop is the same company that Carway Enterprise engages to do its pre-maintenance checks (before delivery of vehicle). Avoid this workshop at ALL COSTS! Post Management Response

This shop is a really "CMI "shop. I have bought a door visor from them recently. Don't know what kind of chemical they use to wipe on my door which they claim that it will stick even better. I was like fine! But the nightmare starts from here. After they stick the door visor, I've noticed that the chemical was all over my 4 doors! I've told the guy who install the visor and he told me this: "My job is to install and not a car washer! Anyway, your car is NOT a new car." How can they treat a customer this way? Never mind, I clean it myself. Then I took a look at the visor, it was not installed properly at all. They are all misaligned. Went straight to tell them. Guess what? Fixed already. Pissed to the MAX. I just drove off telling them that I wish your shop will close down anytime soon with your attitude like this. Post Management Response

People who are thinking of patronizing this shop "Super Modern" at Paya Ubi please think twice! Read up the reviews of this shop first! Just quarrelled with the boss of the shop.. only know how to collect money from customers but never bother to check the color code of the car. Some more got the cheek to tell me " u go find out the colour code lor den the most i re-spray ur spoiler for u at a loss lor "... I can pay the same amount of money and get the same quality of product but with better service attitude.. Don't assume that it is the customers' duty to inform you of the car's color code. You SHOULD take the initiative to ask if you are not sure and don't just simply presume. Till now, i have yet to install my spoiler on my car all thanks to this shop. Post Management Response

Totally agree with the experience most of us had. The enquiry portion takes a lot time and they like to push the bucket around. For newbies who patronize, they will not know what to do. They really need to improve on their customer service. Post Management Response

Service sucks. Never bother to attend to you until you ask them. Second floor like most of you say, expressionless staff like you owned them something. Install my led lights from them but less than 3 months spoil. Their wire look cheap and they don't bother to keep it tidy. STRONGLY not recommended. Post Management Response

A very poor service and bad workshop to visit. I install a lip and within 3 days the lip drop and i don't know till my fredn told me that. Then i remembr I did went through a flooded road and from there, I believe it has dropped. So, this is a workshop that I would advise not to go. Post Management Response

Step into the shop upstairs and was welcomed by expressionless stare without a smile. When asking about car lighting services, they asked me to go downstairs workshop and enquire. But when I went downstairs and asked one of the staffs about installation of lighting on my car, he asked to go back upstairs to get choose my own lightings / leds and get quotation. I am instructed to choose the sealed led lighting package from the sale rack myself though i know nuts about leds. There is no working samples for me to choose. There is a car driven by one of the staffs parked in front of my car. I told him i am about to leave soon, hinting him not to block my way. He handsigned me with OK and walked into the workshop. After few mins, i am about to leave but the staff did not come back to move his car away. I had to walk back to workshop and look for him. As i cannot find him in workshop, i went upstairs and looked for him but in vain. I told other staff that i am looking for his colleague but was told there is no such person. No help was offered. I am shocked. Finally found him in the back of the workshop eating his meal leisurely. This is going to my first but last time to visit this shop! Post Management Response

Went to fix the GT chrome grill on mine wife Lancer EX, fixing and detailing was quite well done. But waiting for the boss to quo me was too long... 4 stars for the good job but 2 stars for waiting for quo. Post Management Response

All i can say is they give empty promises to customers. My experience with them: installed LED lightings underneath my car. They promise by 3months can do repair which in the end turns out 2months only reason they gave is that my ride is too low causing it to spoile and i need to change the whole lighting at $220. Their old lighting can be thrown away. Was very pissed off with their way of handling things, in the shop for 5 minutes and yet no one bother to approach me to solve the problem. Wouldn't recommend this shop! Post Management Response

Recently, I went over to do my neons & internal lightings with them. They used left over wire to connect it. Less than 2 months the wires brunt on the inside. Immediately I went over to my friend's newly open shop to rectify, he show me that the wire was used for sound systems not to connect for led/neons. and the shortest you can find is just 3 inch, can you believe it? When i went back to Super Modern to ask them , they just give me a kind of attitude, piss me off. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. Post Management Response

Did my trunk spoiler there recently, was told to leave a deposit first while as they need to spray paint the spoiler and come for installation a week later. on the day of installation receive a call to ask for my car colour code. So weather they ignore you after receiving the deposit I will leave it to our readers to judge for themselves. Also the paint job for the spoiler is badly done, very uneven!! Just did my car bodykit and sound system with them. Both were fully customised for my car by the boss.. The great part abt the process was every detail was discussed and my opinons and ideas mattered to the development .Now i just simply love my car new outlook and the sound quality in my car is now so much more improved.. Excellent job to the staff of supermodern Post Management Response
