Very bad workmanship as my decals came off in less than a week, asked them to patched up and they said if it drops again it's none of their business.
Their designers are very bad as they are of no help and kept asking for advice as to how i would like it to be done.
Terrible service, bad price, wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

Did with them the tail light tinting for my ride. The guy who did it for me looks inexperienced and had spent tremendous amount of time redoing therefore it was a long waiting time for just a pair of tail light to be done. When I see him cutting off the excess wrapping, parts of the rubber insulation actually came out and could not be pushed back. What was worst was that the next day, creases started appearing by the edges of the tail light. one corner even tore open and a bubble bigger than a 50 cent coin formed. For your information, it looked great when i had left the place. I also realized that the price they charged me was more expensive than normal rates. If the workmanship was fantastic i definitely wouldn't have mind paying that price. While waiting, i observed this guy who left his ride with them and when he came back to get his car, he was unhappy with the workmanship too and asked them to redo. Overall a very very bad experience for me especially the workmanship. definitely wont recommend anyone to go there to get anything done.

Very disappointed with their service. Had a bad experience with them. They are no different from other shops except for their price. If charge high with good service I still can understand.

I drove to GenConcept on Wednesday wanting to get my roof and my rear diffuser wrapped. When I arrived, the carbon fiber vinyl caught my eye. However one of the sales assistant advised that the material is too thick for my diffuser. So he suggested for me to stick to black. But as I was discussing with him, the boss of GC walked towards me (he must of overheard our discussion) and assured me that the CF vinyl will work just fine for my rear diffuser. I told him that his SA said it's too thick but he assured me that his installer will know what to do. So I agreed to go ahead with the CF. When I went to inspect it and it was horrifying! The patterns on the joints were not matching and there were thick folded edges at all corners. Some areas are peeling. Too much to type here. Knew GenConcept thru friend's recommendation. Just got my first car & didn't want to spend too much but still want to drive around in a pretty car. They did it for me nicely for a reasonable price. Very worth it!

too expensive, did 2 racing strips with them and realized many shops offered less than half their price. lesson learnt - source around for more quotes.

GenConcept did an awesome job for my car design. Installation was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price with such a great job done. I strongly recommend GenConcept.

Very very expensive. Had vinyl roof done at Genconcept last year, workmanship was very bad. Recently enquired about doing 2 small strips of tint for taillights, got a ridiculous quote after their staff thought for quite a while how much to burn me.

Ridiculously priced. Slip-shod work.
