Was told to go there for my rear windscreen crack and claim insurance.

Service orientated by their staff to go through what forms to fill in and told me due to pandemic takes longer to arrive too and I was ok.

Hence, took shorter to arrive than expected and called me to arrange for earliest appointment to replace.

Overall good experience with them.

Got a chip on the windscreen and went to them after a few recommendations from friends. The visit is short and good as they immediately attended to my car and after the repair, the chip is minimize to a small dot. Good work from Denise and her team. :)

Went over on Sat morning wanting to remove a scratch on my windscreen, as saw their ad on scratch removal. I was told a chain of stories that if I remove the scratch that area of glass will look wavy etc. Advised not to remove the scratch and just bear with it. I started to doubt their expertise and the ad posted. I'm not sure what is scratch removal as advertised which is not true.

Got a very small chip on the windscreen recently. Didn't want the hassle to replace it so I searched sgcarmart for someone to repair it instead. I wanted to try DrGlass which had the most positive reviews but my insurance company tied up with Glass-fix for windscreen claims so I had no choice unless I pay from my own pocket.

The Supervisor informed me that after the repair, a small mark can still be seen and not to expect it to be 100% Invisible. He showed me some samples of repairs done on a display windscreen which looked very good (90 to 99% Invisible). I really had to scrutinize to really see the repair marks on the display windscreen.

The repair was quick and they helped me with the claim papers but sad to say that the standard was not even close to the samples shown. At most I would rate it 60-70%. A mark is still visible like a small dab of silicone sealant stuck on my windscreen. On top of that, I found out that they charged my insurance company $90 instead of $55 they quoted me if I were to pay from my own pocket.

Replaced my windscreen there. Since no suitable category for my review then i just put under customer service. It's unfair to them to put my review under workmanship as my feedback is nothing to do with the glass installation.

Things need to be improved.
1) They didn't clean the stain and dust created during the installation
2) My alarm antenna use to be on the glass just dropped while i was driving. It was happened few hours after installation. This is the part made me feel very disappointed.

Things to praise.
1) Fast installation
2) Friendly staff

Suggestion,
1) Try not to use those type of masking tape as difficult to remove the adhesive.

Been using their services coming to a decade since Dan has set up this company. The level of customer service and great workmanship are the best I known so far. Always managed to solved my problems and fulfil my needs when comes to car windows and wind shield. Great thanks to Dan, Denise and all the staffs for their great work. Keep it up.

Did rear windshield replacement for company's Hyundai Trajet after a mishap in which the rear windshield was knocked off. Pricing was the best among several glass workshops we called. Installation was quick and hassle-free. Quality seems fine so far. Dealt with a lady named Denise, who was polite, professional and efficient. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone who needs automotive glass repairs.

Had a rock chip on my windscreen. Fearing it may further spread, I checked with Dan of Glassfix. He ask me to whatsapp him a photo of the crack. Straight away gave his assessment and ask me to go down the next day. Once at the workshop the chip was fixed within 20 min. During the fix itself, Dan explained to me what was being done and the technology behind it.
Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended.

Just went to repair a couple of cracks on my windscreen today. Every good service and fast (15mins). I can't even see any traces of the cracks anymore! Highly recommended!

My car had a number of fine and unsightly scratches on the windscreen and side windows courtesy of the previous owner. Was about to give up and live with the scratches when I was recommended to try out Glass-Fix. Found Glass-fix's customer service to be professional, the rates quoted to be reasonable and the workmanship done by them excellent. All scratches on my car's windows were removed and my windscreen and side windows are now much clearer. One plus point was that even when i came in without making an appointment, they still accommodated my request to get the windscreen polished on that day itself. Thumbs up!

Was there to replace my damaged windscreen. All in all, the entire process lasted about 1.25hours. The staff was very meticulous with the paperwork and post replacement briefings. Ensured that I fully understood the post replacement precautionary actions. Kudos for the good job and friendly staff. Cheerios!

Excellent Service, Good Quality of Workmanship, Original Toyota Quality Material. I replaced my Altis windscreen there due to long crack line. No wind noise. As good as new one. In fact, you don't see any different. Highly highly recommended.
