On my 2nd visit to them to pick up the replacements wear and tear parts /fluid for servicing my VW Passat. Zero waiting time as I've made prior phone enquiry which were promptly quoted and packed in a bag. Overall a very pleasant outlet experience except for lack of aircon customer waiting area. Look for Henry or Annie.
