Called up for loan service, picked up by a very polite lady Hui Ying.
She assure me that even I had no time to be at the premise due to too busy, I can just submit loan request via email just the same.

And indeed, I did what was told and able to settle the loan without any trouble like other places ; Demand a deposit before approval.

When I was there, she took time slowly to explain to me the term and condition until I fully understand. She even text me to remind me the necessary document to bring along.
