The worst car rental company in Singapore. I have rented many places in Singapore but i never ever experience like this. For collection I called them 15times to confirm but didn't pick up the phone. Firstly, the car is not cleaned both inside & out and the condition of the car is not good as i expected. Secondly, Can't sit inside, full of cigarette smell (Worst) last till i returned even i spray perfume. 3. They have few HP no's in their website but never answer the call and telling me that they are busy, just imagine in case of emergency how are you going to contact them. 4. I have problem with remote, called them to check more than 20 times nobody answer the call. 5. They don't have an official receipt of theirs.
