Glad that this could be settled so quickly. Employees were very professional and walked through all the after-application care with me. They were supposed to close at 7pm but accepted my 6:30pm appointment. They worked past 8pm without a hint of complaint. Contacted on Friday 12 Feb, settled things with me within a day and finished the job on 16 Feb. Boss was very accommodating.

This is written 2 days after the incident to prevent my emotions from getting the better of me but thinking about the time I have wasted driving around the island, it makes my blood boil. Arranged with Absolute Tint 3 days in advance for a 10.30am appointment on Monday morning despite them being in Toh Guan (due to renovation work at Ubi) I was there early hoping that the installation will complete earlier. It was communicated to me that installation will take less than 2 hrs for the whole car. After arrival and decided that I will only do 3 front panels due to my own preference and needs, I was shocked to learn that I can only collect my car at 2pm. That is 3 1/2 hours to install 3 panels and no removal of previous film required. Explanation given by the staff on the ground was due to poor time management that another car was given priority and they can only start installation on mine at 11.30am. I am still puzzled why they can complete that car in 1hr but will take 2 1/2 hrs on mine. Note that I was there before my appointed timing, made my way down from the east to west to support them as I am a repeat customer since 2016 but only to be deprioritized. I can only assume that this is the result of picking the basic package and only doing 3 panels. Visit them for their competitive pricing but do expect unpredictable installation time. - Z Pow

Affordable price, good quality & service👍🏻 Installed the Titanium series and so far enjoying the coolness of my car. Staff was patient and friendly, explaining to me the various series available and its differences and also provided after care instructions. Workmanship is top notch too. The staff didn't manage to apply the film nicely on my driver's window and he tore it down and re-applied with a new piece. That's what honest and good workmanship is like, good job! - Darryl Twj
