DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
The worst car rental establishment I have ever been to in the world.
Where do I start?
1: The car was very dirty inside and had obviously not been cleaned in a long time.
2: The tank was on empty so we had to go immediately to a gas station and put $50 gas in.
3: The front tyres were bald (very dangerous).
4: Not all the doors unlocked and could be opened from the outside.
5: The ERP card system was the old one so we had to buy the old version, this would have been ok if we were informed about it and did not find out only when we tried to park where we were going.
6: The front shock absorber was broken so every time you turned right it felt like the wheel was going to fall off.
7: Due to this and the other reason we returned the car to exchange it for another one, having just put $50 gas in, we were told if we bring the receipt back, they will refund us the money. We brought the receipt back and THEY DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY!!!!!! Even though it now had half a tank and the man from the shop was in the car with us when we had it filled.
I am just going to stop now because what is the point!!!!
ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT GO HERE...EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE BIT EXTRA SOMEWHERE ELSE, GO THERE!!!!!!!
