Brought my car here for a full body polish. Very good customer service and the car polishing job is very good! Very worth it and I definitely will come back!

There are some minor scratches found on my front bumper while parked in the multi-storey carpark. Fortunately, there is no dent and polishing may be able to remove some of them. Since it is going to be CNY soon, I called Pride Opus to arrange a polishing session (yesterday) for me and also my colleague’s vehicle.

Arrangement was simple and arrive the grooming centre as per schedule. Request them to assist me in the removal of scratches on my front bumper. The staff explained to me that they will do their best in removing, but however there will still be some marks as quite deep. I agree with them as polishing can improve the appearance of the marks, unless I want to re-spray.

When my colleague and I go over to collect our vehicles, we are very pleased to see the condition of paintwork. Exterior was well cleaned and detailed. Being picky, we inspect those fine detailed areas and are glad that all of them are not ignored. Excellent service!

My vehicle’s external is well groomed and good shine. I am happy with removal of scratches. It is not completely removed, but I would say 90% are removed, in which is a good results. See the images attached that the shine can even reflect the double yellow lines.

There are white stickers pasted on the body of the vehicle. Along the years, despite regular washing, they turn yellowish. But Pang and Jeff (from Pride Opus) managed to do the "miracle" of changing it back to white. Excellent work!

PS: Even those stubborn marks caused by my shoes, near the door area are removed. Thanks for the good job, Pride Opus team!

Just send in my fit to them for in and out wash up and polish. My car is super dirty inside due to lazy to clean myself moreover my seats are not leather thus can see all the dirty stains on it. At first I thought their Pride Pristine Cabin Works will can only help me to clean up. But once i get my car back i feel is so much better then i expect! Not 100% new but almost 95%!!! Thank You Jeff and Pang for the good job done! Very satisfied and definitely worth every cents for the good job! Sure will ask them clean my car again!!! Thank You and keep up the good job!!!

Took up a interior cabin cleaning session at car pride. very satisfied and definitely worth every cents for the good job. There's also a guest lounge. in it there's nintendo wii and ps3 to keep guest entertained during the grooming duration ( solid 5hrs ). Mr pang is also very acknowledgeable on car grooming and generous in giving car care advises. Best of all, the grooming is done with passion by the staff. Highly recommended!
