I've knew Hock Seng Wah YCK outlet in 2015. I was comparing prices of Tyres + Rims for my new ride. When I called Hock Seng Wah YCK outlet, Ah Lieu handled my call very patiently despite my many questions. He didn't rush to sell me or quote lower than others to get me to his shop. Instead, he invited me to pop by so that he can
take a look at my car and recommend me more accurately. He said that end of the day I've nothing to lose. I felt he was competent and sincere, hence I drove down and he patiently spent almost 2hours
choosing the best rims & Tyres based on my budget, usage style and preference. It wasn't a rock bottom price deal, but it was fairly reasonable based on the after sales service experience that I have gotten.

Ah Lieu treat my car like his very own. When i sense there's something different in my drive.. I'll drive down to look for him. He'll carefully ensure firstly the wellbeing of my tyres(nails, tear, wear out even or not), check if I need any tyres rotation, ensure if I had any rims scratched and lastly washed my rims & Tyres so clean + feed them nitrogen gas! He is close attention to detail, he was the one who noticed my car was scratched 6 times on left rear door.. Thankfully for him I could get the scratches removed and restored the paintwork in the shortest time. All these was FREE. It's the most phenominal after sales service I've ever seen and gotten.

This review that I'm giving is based on 2.5yrs experience I've with them, I've since changed another set of Michelin Tyres and referred close friends to them too. Thank you Ah Lieu and Boss Willy for taking care of me! From walk in customer to good friends, I'm truly blessed to have your love and support! 😘

Bought a set of Michelin from them a year ago and the after sales is fantastic! Tyre rotation performed and rims washed spanking clean despite the complimentary service! Reasonable prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently scratched my rims and got them to restore. Job was done on just 30 min. Close attention to detail was paid as I observed Ah Liu treating my rims like his baby! And the cost was really nominal!

I was looking for tyre replacement and was looking around. Chanced upon their outlet at Northlink. And the boss happened to be there. I was looking for a different brand that they dont carry. But the boss was very accommodating and contact his supplier to quote me. He was willing to price match the tyres with other shops that quoted me. That made my day as i do not need to travel far.
During installation at Northlink outlet, the supervisor who did it was very knowledgeable and ensure installation was done properly. The installation was pretty fuss free. But had to wait a while due to there were other customers.
Overall, very good experience with them. Would recommend to approach them for quote.
