Went for Servicing twice at iEnergi. 2nd servicing was disapointing.

Do not want to go into details about it. However, serious issue arouse after.

Transmission started leaking for the subequent months. Contacted eddie again, but they assured correct fluid was poured. My car uses a CVT transmission, I realised the fluid was red.

Brought back to iEnergy, was told not crucial yet, but required a gasket change, as leaked from bottom to up. I was very puzzled, how can fluid flow from bottom to up?! The cost quoted wasnt small either.

I checked online, and realised it was supposed to be green CVT fluid for my vehicle. I passed them my own green fluid, but now its red?????? Red was the colour for ATF.

Too much suspicion at hand from previous servicing. Am also suspicious if the oil filter was even changed at all, as it was at the same position since 1st servicing, since i jack up the car a few times. Drain plug was discovered to be stripped as well, for both engine oil pan and transmission.

Overall, unsatisfactory, have decided not to return, after trouble shooting issue at another workshop, which was iEnergi poured wrong fluid. It was Honda ATF Red. Drove 6 months with it inside, not sure extent of damage to my transmission.

Now lies the question, Where did my Green CVT Fluid go during last servicing?

Workshop experience unfortunately was proven to be bad, with integriy issue as well.

Sent in my Alfa 147 to fix lower arms and suspension, both jobs were done fast and professional. The guys there are young, energetic and honest by telling u what they can or cannot do. Fixing appointment was easy over the phone and Eddie/Justin are very friendly and informative.

Will recommend for a reliable and professional workshop.

My van have this knocking sound from the left hand side of the front suspension. I went to Ienergi for a diagnostic and boss eddy is really very well verse in his work, he immediately identify the problem, give me the repair quotation and does not push me to get it repair if i find his price is too pricey.

I feel comfortable with his approach and proceeded with the repair, and the next day when i came to collect the van, it was as good as new and the price for the repair is far lesser than what he quote me.

Boss eddy have a team of very experienced worker and with his work ethics, this workshop is a sure-can-go.
