Was introduced to SingTrade when I was looking to upgrade my seats to electronic seats. Alvin went to great length to explain the pros and cons of the retrofits. He is not pushy and the experience was pleasant. The mechanics team is wonderful as well. They know what they are doing and treated my car like it was theirs. Their work is neat and meticulous. I felt at ease when I left my car with them. Among all the things I did, I was particularly impressed by their speed of work while not compromising on quality. Truth to be told, their prices aren't the cheapest. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And I have certainly not regretted choosing SingTrade for my upgrades.

Appreciation to Huat, Yong and Alvin for their dedication to our car audio purchase and install. We had opted for SingTrade among three other dealers. Initially we had only opted to window shop with Singtrade of their good reviews. Only to find out they are a well reputable, and veteran in car audio. Beginning had decided for Zapco 4X, 1 CH 65 watts but Yong and Huat consistently spot on and advises the area that need or need not to do and apply 6X with 100 watts. With ESB 5000 for front and 2000 series for rear instead of normal coaxial great improved the sound quality by 100% from OEM installed. After changed to 8000 series the quality improved double, no more distortion at high volume due to wise selection of instrument. He priced ours by not over-charging against the market and at the same time without compromising the quality. The soundproof workmanship is flawless with 2 layers each door and won't say no stock from Ukraine, and charge you more. With such great car audio experience, their advice for audio system from him will not go wrong. Singtrade is reliable and I could trust. And surely no added hidden charges and hard sell you to add this and that after the deal was done. His staff too were veterans and friendly and always attentive. Thank you for you and your co-workers. Looking forward to change to 3 way speaker in near future.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the personal service the owner, Mr. Alvin Tan gave me when I engaged his company to upgrade the entertainment system in my car. Alvin offered me a fair deal after some negotiation and then was prepared to give me fair value for the existing system that the car came with. went to SingTrade to check out speaker suitable for Citroen C4 Grand Spacetourer. Got various recommendation from Alvin & Ah Huat. Very neat installation and well wired, pre sales and after sales support 100% Present. No hard selling and easy to discuss too! For any car audio, display or any car entertainment - highly recommended! Workshop is also big and clean with musical customer lounge provided.

Overall great experience! Didn't know what to expect as I've been crossing the causeway for all my car audio needs. Please to know this funny guy, ah huat! It was fun and pleasant dealing with him. Great customer service and honest advice given!! Though pricing-wise is little on the high side, the service and workmanship make up for it (personal preference). I know I can't compare it with our neighbor across the causeway which is not fair.. Glad to find a reliable shop that I can go to in SG! The location is good but level 8 is too high to drive up and down. Always have a giddy head after driving down (again personal preference).
