I was recommended this shop by my paint resprayer, and I am so glad I took their advice. I initially came in to replace a damaged amplifier on my IS250 (2IS). Right off the bat, the team offered tailored options without any pushy sales tactics, giving me two different grades of Zapco amps to choose from based on my needs and budget. What really stood out was the attention to practical detail: 1) Thoughtful Installation: The technician custom-built a platform so the new amp sits higher than the factory trunk vent, drastically reducing the risk of future water damage (common weakness for the 2IS). He was completely transparent, warning me beforehand that raising the amp meant the trunk floor panel might not sit 100% flush. 2) Thorough Diagnosis: While working on the system, he diagnosed that our Focal mid-bass speakers had gone bad. Instead of just telling me, he showed me hard proof—the cone had hardened and the hardware was rusted. He clearly broke down the pros and cons of just swapping the amp versus replacing the speakers as well. 3) No-Pressure Auditioning: Another staff member set up a demo of various speaker brands and pointed out the best value-for-money options. 4) Masterful DSP Tuning: The technician took the time to explain the logic behind DSP tuning and actually had us sit inside the car to listen to the staging, mids, and bass as he calibrated it. The difference was night and day. Unexpected Bonus: Fixing the amplifier and rewiring the questionable job done by a previous shop (the right side tweeter works even without an amp) surprisingly made my Android head unit much more responsive! It has been plagued by micro-lags that maybe caused by voltage drops and ground loop interference from the old faulty wiring, which was putting unnecessary electrical load on the head unit. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable for the level of expertise, transparency, and craft provided. Highly recommend Ah Huat and team to anyone looking for solid, reliable car audio work!

Found SingTrade at Carousell while looking for shop to fix tailgate.
Make appointment with Ah Huat whom very friendly and helpful.
Price was reasonable and his team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since then, been going to SingTrade for another upgrade. SingTrade is reliable and no added hidden cost or hard sell. I have certainly not regretted choosing SingTrade for my upgrades. Kudos to Ah Huat and his friendly team.

Was introduced to SingTrade when I was looking to upgrade my seats to electronic seats. Alvin went to great length to explain the pros and cons of the retrofits. He is not pushy and the experience was pleasant. The mechanics team is wonderful as well. They know what they are doing and treated my car like it was theirs. Their work is neat and meticulous. I felt at ease when I left my car with them. Among all the things I did, I was particularly impressed by their speed of work while not compromising on quality. Truth to be told, their prices aren't the cheapest. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And I have certainly not regretted choosing SingTrade for my upgrades.

Appreciation to Huat, Yong and Alvin for their dedication to our car audio purchase and install. We had opted for SingTrade among three other dealers. Initially we had only opted to window shop with Singtrade of their good reviews. Only to find out they are a well reputable, and veteran in car audio. Beginning had decided for Zapco 4X, 1 CH 65 watts but Yong and Huat consistently spot on and advises the area that need or need not to do and apply 6X with 100 watts. With ESB 5000 for front and 2000 series for rear instead of normal coaxial great improved the sound quality by 100% from OEM installed. After changed to 8000 series the quality improved double, no more distortion at high volume due to wise selection of instrument. He priced ours by not over-charging against the market and at the same time without compromising the quality. The soundproof workmanship is flawless with 2 layers each door and won't say no stock from Ukraine, and charge you more. With such great car audio experience, their advice for audio system from him will not go wrong. Singtrade is reliable and I could trust. And surely no added hidden charges and hard sell you to add this and that after the deal was done. His staff too were veterans and friendly and always attentive. Thank you for you and your co-workers. Looking forward to change to 3 way speaker in near future.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the personal service the owner, Mr. Alvin Tan gave me when I engaged his company to upgrade the entertainment system in my car. Alvin offered me a fair deal after some negotiation and then was prepared to give me fair value for the existing system that the car came with. Their work is good and Alvin himself spent the time to personalise my new system the way I needed it. Good experience. - Luke Thomas, Owner of Honda Vezel

Good services. Been visiting them to repair camera and wiring. - Tan, Owner of Honda Fit Hybrid

went to SingTrade to check out speaker suitable for Citroen C4 Grand Spacetourer. Got various recommendation from Alvin & Ah Huat. Decided on the Focal K2 Power and StP sound insulation after they assisted to check the door depth. their team did a wonderful job layering the door panel. while waiting, Alvin even invited me to hear his car audio for live demo of the audio system that they carries! of course there's other speakers that are available to demo in their showroom and they are very accommodating throughout and experienced with car audio placement, especially nice for owner of less popular car. recommended to check them out! - Goh, Owner of Citroen Grand C4

Ah Huat solved my in car Android settings which I went to other merchant with no avail. Their team have the best audio set ups and recommendations for your in car entertainment needs. Just tell the team your preferences and Ah Huat will provide base on your needs.
Very neat installation and well wired, pre sales and after sales support 100% Present. No hard selling and easy to discuss too! For any car audio, display or any car entertainment - highly recommended! Workshop is also big and clean with musical customer lounge provided.

Overall great experience! Didn't know what to expect as I've been crossing the causeway for all my car audio needs. Please to know this funny guy, ah huat! It was fun and pleasant dealing with him. Great customer service and honest advice given!! Though pricing-wise is little on the high side, the service and workmanship make up for it (personal preference). I know I can't compare it with our neighbor across the causeway which is not fair.. Glad to find a reliable shop that I can go to in SG! The location is good but level 8 is too high to drive up and down. Always have a giddy head after driving down (again personal preference). I will go back again anytime for all my car audio and accessories needs! - Michael SHANG, Owner of Honda Freed

Excellent service with friendly engagement. Will highly recommend. - Arvind Verma, Owner of Mazda6
