Recently I approached Shell Autoserv, Sengkang for general servicing my car. They are very expensive. Initially they said lot of parts has be changed and when I said I do not want to spend too much, then they started cutting down many components saying that it is not necessary. Their parts prices are unreasonbly costlier than CC(dealer).

I will not go back to them next time.

My experiences there so far have been great. Reliability and honest efforts at no extra cost. From a punctured tyre to routine servicing, they really ensure the work done meets the driver's expectation. Their honest opinion on what need or need not change comes with knowledgeable assurance so as to ensure you stretch your dollars and not wasting it. Workmanship wise is good considering that they really take note of the method they use to work on your car so as not to damage or be reckless around it. They ensure too that the 36 point check they provide are not taken lightly and carefully check and monitor thoroughly. The minimum downside is the average waiting time but it's not as bad as the one i had to go through with Agent Workshop.

Been patronizing the workshop for ard 6 years... The staff - Meng, 'uncle', Joseph are knowledgeable, experienced & friendly. Costs wise, quite reasonable.. Recently my car broke down and I call the workshop at ard 5.45 PM and informed them that I will get my car tow there for them to check on the issue following day as they closes at 6pm. To my surprise, when I reach the workshop at 8pm the manager - Joseph was there waiting for me and he eagerly checked on my vehicle! The issue was quickly identified and following day, I collected my car at noon!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and they explained to me all the diff packages because I had no idea which one to pick. I eventually picked the Helix Ultra Servicing package and my Altis runs very well now! Will come back 4 furture servicing! :)

Today have my car sent for service and repair. Servicing done using Shell Helix Ultra Servicing Packages (Standard). The retail price of Helix Ultra is $104. And the service package cost $118. The repair was done using original toyota parts. Replacing rear ball bearing, front and rear shock absorber, Air filter, Spark plug, 4 piece of michelin tyres.
