Happened to come across Whitesnail while I was randomly surfing SGCarMart and decided to approach them to do up Grounding for my ride. The boss is very friendly when I called him and that was already a plus point.

Went down over the weekend and got the grounding work done. It was a bit longer than expected but luckily I wasn't really rushing for time. Even though I wasn't there for checks, the mechanic still pointed to me that the front brake discs are thin and should be changed during next servicing. (Now I know where that scratching sound is coming from!)

Building is quite new so entry is still free..

Excellent Service  Posted on 23-Jun-2014

Won a MPM servicing package from SGCarmart contest and was assign to have my swift service at Whitesnail Performance. I made a phone call to Jason to make a appointment, on the day of appointment I complain about the vibrations when I turn on my Aircon. They manage to diagnose the problem which is a bad engine mounting as well as a crack clutch plate, they were not pushy at all did not get me to replace the items as my car is left with only 1 year. Instead of just using the prescribed engine oil I won from the contest Roland from Rev Solution suggested that I use the 5W40 Engine oil instead of the C3 engine oil. Thank you for the excellent service.

Kudos to Jason and company for all the help and great service. So wish I could have know Whitesnail earlier, but it's never too late.

Great work on my 6 pt grounding as well as a thorough scanning and voltage check. Thanks for coming to my rescue when I most needed a help.

Keep up the good work!

I've known Jason for 4 years till now, and he still has the same dedication to his job. Does excellent work with heat insulation for CAI and also aircon pipes. Since the engine bay of a turbo car heats up tremendously, cooling down the intake means you do not lose power and waste petrol. Even my aircon feels colder now.

Went there to diagnose a horn issue and 1 time for a typical servicing.
Main mechanic (Jason) is a amicable, meticulous and mindful of customer's expenses. Very interactive and in a way honest as he will show and explain in detail any issues that he catches from your car. You will need to plan your appointment days in advance and reconfirm again on the day of the appointment though, as his schedule's pretty packed and he may not respond immediately to messages or calls. His 'shop opens only after noon.

. Went down just to check sparks plugs due to suspected misfiring and the worker even helped me to use scangauge to scan for any error logged. Will definitely go back there for my next servicing! My car is working fine now.

Recently installed 7-point grounding by Jason. From the way he removed some car parts in engine bay to make way for installation, I notice he was very experienced. Also placed loose parts like fasteners in container on his work station so he doesn't misplace them. Very detailed & professional installation, after which he asked me to verify the installation. Best part was he suggested NETS payment due to no loose change, offered me a drink while waiting & gave complimentary carpark ticket despite a sub $90 svc. A humble guy who knows in detail his job & willing to go to such details to get job done. Such svc level is almost non-existent in today's make-quick-buck attitudes of many biz operators. Nice meeting u, Jason.
