I do know know how the good reviews for this vendor came about. They were the reason why I decided to patronise this vendor. I booked a single grooming session with them. It clearly states that the time required would be approx 2hours. With only 1 worker working on it, my car was completed is <1hour. That SHOCKED me. The spots that I requested to be removed, the reason why I was there in the first place because he told me could be removed, were still there. When questioned, he sung a different tune. The horror came when I viewed my paintwork under the street lamps. It was all covered with swirls. (Looks exactly like those cars washed by bangalas) For everyone's info, I take good care of my paintwork. There were slight swirls of course when I sent it in but definitely not to the extend of "spiderwebs". I was lucky I did not take up the $280 exotic grooming package. At this kind of prices, one will be better off elsewhere.

Unprofessional. Made booking earlier on after being recommended by a friend but it got cancelled at the last min without a reasonable explanation. Was hoping for better service based on the comments but am disappointed by the way the management handled this affair.

Would like to express my thanks to the team of workers at FBR. Came back late from travelling and called them for mobile grooming due to time constraints. They came within 20 mins and did a good job at a very reasonable price. Thumbs up for service and will definitely go back to them again.
