I went to the shop to replace my car key as it is breaking. I checked with the owner and he quoted me $50.

When I was there, he found out that the plastic case has cracked on the inside. The remote inside is working properly. He just need to replace the plastic case and duplicate the key.

Having found out, he continues to just replace the plastic case and use the normal key duplicating machine to cut the key.

The plastic case cannot cost more than $20. Key duplication cannot cost more than $10. This owner is dishonest as he continue to charge the original replacement instead of revising the cost when he found out that no replacement is required.

Was driving a car with keyless entry and start/stop and car key is a non-factor for many years. Realise I lost the key last week and had to go through this website to source for a shop who does car key duplication. Besides the big chain shop that I had went before, I decided to read the review of New Sparkling. No bad reviews and it is near my place so I went over.
In a small outfit, the shop was able to have a few impressive equipment like check the car key battery without opening up the remote. Apparently also able to duplicate the frequency of the remote as well.
Overall, went for a simple service, but quite happy with the outlet and its customer service. Will go there again if I need to do any more key.

Steven was very professional. Although he was not feeling well, he called me back immediately upon return from polyclinic.

He tested and confirmed that my 3 car remote was kaput before proceeding to duplicate one for me. He recommended me to just change the PCB and reused all the other parts, saving me 50% In the process. He also recommended after-market remote , in case the one integrated with the key fails again. All these took him only 30 mins.

Definitely would recommend his service.

Accidentally drop my key Alarm/transponder and as a result it became faulty. Contacted Steven and told him the problem. Steven was patiently listening to my issue and suggested to let him take a look. Took a half day leave and went over. Steven took and look at the problem and explained to me the issue. Told me not a major issue and resolved the problem on the spot and my car key works perfectly. Delighted that the problem has been resolved and asked for the damage. Instead of asking for a skyrocket bill like so other shops, i was told to buy him a coffee instead! Very trustworthy and honest man! Thumbs up!
