My new car player does not come with GPS navigator and I searched this forum and found this shop. I asked the staff, Ah Heng whether the Explorer GPS add-on can be use for my car player. He told me that it was able to and I told him that I just want to buy the set as I will be going to another shop to install it since I will be changing the sound system. When I called the accessories shop, they told me that the GPS add-on was not comparable and the images will not be cleared. I call Ah Heng again and he assured me that he has installed the add-on on my model of player and there was no issues. He even volunteered to take a photographs for me to see. I went to buy the add-on and decided to go to another accessories shop to install and true enough, the add-on works very well with my car player. I guess the first accessories shop was not honest and wanted me to upgrade my player.

Recently I won a Clarion 2DIN multimedia audio unit from a MyCarForum contest. Unfortunately, my vehicle is using a 1DIN dashtop mount, and cannot be adapted for the 2DIN [unless I do a major mod].
When Autoform heard about my predicament, they were willing to do an exchange to an alternative 1DIN audio unit. They offered the Pioneer DEH-X1650U, which provide AUX, USB, Smartphone connectivity. Something nice, as my existing audio unit does not have these features. Autoform had also graciously agreed to absorb the installation costs. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.

Just bought the Vision OEM car multimedia player for my Camry. Fits and looks well with the rest of the dashboard. Lots of different functions to play with eg. reverse camera, GPS, bluetooth calls, bluetooth music, playing movies, etc. Indeed a all-rounded must have equipment. The staff are also patient and helpful in answering all my questions.
