I bought their servicing package on groupon and pleasantly surprised I could immediately book an appointment through an Apps on my android phone. My previous experience with such cheap servicing deals bought on q0010 or groupon is that the next available appointment are usually as far away as 3 weeks. i brought along my own oil filter, extra engine oil and brake pads in case they want to charge me for my requirement for oil filter and engine oil not being in the standard filter type and engine oil 4 litre capacity that such offers usually have limitations on. So I am quite pleasantly surprised they did not charge me for my non-std oil filter nor for my bigger than 4 litre requirement for engine oil. the servicing was done quite quickly in about 45min and they highlighted a few things of my car that needs to be replaced. Again they were not pushy and left it to me to decide whether to use their service. in fact for the leaking coolant tank, they even offer for me to go source the part on my own and then they can provide the installation service.

I am quite impressioned by their professionalism and non-pushy tactic. As such, i decided that I will give them the business of alignment of my wheels when it is due 1 month later.
