Sold my almost 10 years old car (left 2 months to scrap) to them and lease a Mazda 5 MPV from them. Process was very transparent and hassle free. Their prices are not the best but its comparable across the industry. Am a firm believer of you get what you paid for so I went with them eventually. Leased a Mercedes Benz S300L with them for 2 years and switch to a BMW 730Li for another year, 3 years in total. Had to leave for Australia and it was sad to part goodbyes with them. Will definitely look for them again if I am posted back to Singapore. - William Lee

Rented a year 2015 Toyota Corolla Altis from there. Very quick response and car was clean both interior and exterior. Got a full tank upon collection as well. No issue when returning the car unlike what previous reviews said. Checked Facebook for reviews as well before renting and it was good. Highly recommended. - Anthony Lim

I had to leave Singapore urgently. Bolt was able to pick up the car despite the last minute request and arrangements. They were also quick to respond when the car had some issues which was resolved over the phone. It is not very hard to decide where to go the next time I need a rental car.
