Great Customer service! Mechanic is competent in installing the Hella Twin Tone Horn. Noticed that they have a wide selection of tyres and rims. Boss was a little too enthusiastic in pushing his other products but once you say you're not interested, he will leave you alone. Overall great experience and am glad to have bought my items from them. : )

Was looking for a set of Made in Japan tyres for my dad's van but as the demand is low, a lot of workshops I went don't carry ready stocks so it is very hard to find. But Ah Hong from The One Auto went the extra mile in helping me to order the tyres and the good service from Ah Hong and Ah Chee make us a very happy customers. And it is the most clean and neat workshop I ever went. Keep up the good work!

Passed by The One Auto several times as it's along Confortdelgro Driving Centre. Went in to take a look and the place was very clean and spacious. The rims are displayed by the glass panel and has a wide variety of rims and accessories to choose from. Decided to change my tyres after talking to one of the staff and price was reasonable too. They try to offer the best price and also vacuumed my car for me. While waiting there's even a sofa and TV to watch which is the 1st time i've encountered. Overall experience, good service, mechanics was knowledgeable and I will definitely come back next time!
