Upon reaching the workshop, I was introduced by Asman to his team. They were very friendly and professional. Before proceeding with the servicing, Asman took time to explain the 25-points checks. There was no rush. After the servicing, I was given a summary on the checks that were done. Asman also willingly shared pointers and gave recommendations with regards to my car. A few days later, Asman contacted me and asked if there were any problems with my car.
