Amazing craftsmanship. A simple job can determine how the workshop deals and functions. Curb rash on rims is very common if you owns a car in Singapore. Definitely SM Spray Painting did tons and tons of curb rash job in the pass before me but they did not slack or give a half par job for simple low budget services! I contacted Darren to arrange for a complete respray for my car and rims because the dusty climate at work severely damaged the paint job. Bad experience! Fell for the "Quality workmanship" Assurances and positive reviews online. Decided to try them for some paintwork touch-up…but came back with new scratches and dings on left door! Car was with them all the time + under their purview but they refused to accept any responsibility for the fresh damage…in fact shockingly there was major push-back and reverse blame! Which car-owner doesn't know every ding + dent on their beloved car and that too before a paintwork touch-up job?! Car was obviously not taken care of whilst with them or someone there was plain clumsy. Matter could have been settled amicably but there was complete retaliation from them and the case was very poorly handled…perfect example of terrible customer service! Overall a very upsetting & Frustrating experience for a 1st time Customer. Would never go there again and will also alert all my contacts...
