My Hybrid Sienta AC Not cold when accelerating, but cool at stationary... Went to a few workshop but they are not firm with their analysis, (may b this may b that). This workshop amazed me, get the problem solved and done within 2 hrs with very reasonable price plus warranty.. Highly Recommended. Save alot of time.

My car was having some air con problems,,(like all cars in singapore). It started with the typical charging of the gas, after a while it wasn`t cold again,browse thru the forum and motor directory ,chanced upon this shop in yishun(staying nearby).
The mechanic was very helpful and so was the boss,Mr Vincent. A very quick asessment ,and he narrowed down to the hose. Unlike some others I had went to.
It took me about an hour or so to get the hose welded and changed. It`s been more than 2 weeks now and my aircon has never felt so much better.

My aircon was running hot and cold, send to my regular workshop and was told to change the compressor for $700 ( Denso ) .
Check with a few other aircon workshops and was told the same to change at $580-$680.

But Ah Boon ( Boss ) of super cool, advised me to replace the magnet instead of changing the compressor , other than to save $$ , it is not necessary to change the whole compressor. He said not many workshop will advise that as the easier way is to replace the compressor for a better profit margin.

Honest guy who is very well versed and i spent only $260 to replace with original denso magnet. Very friendly and good service too !

Plus his workshop is packed with cars !

Came here to enquire on the leak as i have put in flourescent dye few months ago from another shop. I stay in woodlands, i went to the famous ac shop in woodlands. They couldnt find the leak than, and looked at my coil inside the dash. Said its the coil, quote almost 2k. As my car needs to remove whole dashboard.

Today they showed me the leak was on the pipe, which cost $200+ to cut and weld another to it. Its cold now! Happy man! Btw i drive a cx7

The workshop may be a little run down as it has been around pretty long but i repaired my car aircon there for relatively alot cheaper as compared to the other workshop quotation.
