Was there last week to change my stock rim with tire together.

There are many design on display which i cannot decide my selection.

The boss, ah ho was very paitent and immeditely ask his staff to bring the rim which i am interested on and place to by my car for a preview.

Unfortunately, the one i am keen does not come with 17in. Hence, gor to settle on my second choice.

He then recommend me with a tire set up of 225/45/17.

After using for 2day, i realise that i does not like the offset, and the rim was protruding out which i dont really like it. I return to him and request to change to the 215/45/17 profile tire.

Without 2nd question, he agree to replace it for me.

Really appreciate his kindness and very honest boss.

Dropped by there for a urgent tire repair and their staff is patient and attentive. Did not knew about this workshop and got recommended by other workshops. Will patron there again should need their services again. Keep it up !

Boss patiently listened to my preference, budget and driving habits. After a few calls to suppliers, he finally recommended either silverstone v7 or dunlop sports maxx RT, both performance tires.

Being a repeated customers, I trusted his recommendation and did not regret. While changing the tires, his experienced mechanic detected a pair of broken bushings to the car'a lower arm and suspected brake calipers malfunction. After a short test drive, the mech accurately identified the issues and recommended solutions.

However the communication on parts availability and appointment schedule can be further improved. After 2 futile trips, I picked up the parts myself from Waterloo stockist and head back to have it installed.

Went there from a recommendation by a friend.

Their service is good, only outlet small and need to queue for diagnosis.

The people there are technically inclined, not ripping you off by asking to repair n do many.
