2. Assess my car professionally and provide quote to me and get my greenlight before performing any actions to my car.

3. Provide options of servicing package for me to select according to my needs.

4. Provide a clear understanding on the issue and cause of the problem for me to comprehend on the problem that occurs to my car.

5. Save my money for me by suggesting a more professional solution to solve the root cause of my car problem rather than only resolving surface issue.

6. Workshop employees are well trained, friendly, helpful and very systematic. Even the boss himself is a very skillful and deep automotive engineering knowledge who is able to solve complicated problem of my car.

7. Workshop looks normal but actually have advance equipments to provide variety of efficient and effective services.

8. Dont have a 'Want to cheat my money ’ Attitude and they value customer return rather than one off business.

9. Good customer service as beverage, entertainment and free Wifi are available while i waiting for my car servicing to be done.

This management is very trustworthy with high sense of integrity. With their high level of ethical culture and service quality ensureness which make this workshop a very reliable one. Have been supporting this workshop for yeara, till now i have never thought of changing to another workshop as i have full confidence on them for handling my car.

Was at HAW today due to winning the servicing voucher at MCF. I wasn't expecting too much and thought it will be just a simple oil change and off I go. But I was pleasantly surprised by the servicing rendered by the crew. They check every detail carefully, mechanics were skilful enough and they were polite and kept the car clean.

Kelvin was very meticulous and friendly and for any extra changes he recommend, he will show me the old part first. True enough, the only recommendation was the air filter and cabin filter which wasn't change for quite some time and I was already expecting it.

I was recommended to Holland Auto Wheels couple of years ago when I was in the Kia Forum as most of the members there patronize them frequently.
They managed to save me a substantial amount of money when other workshops could not solve the problem. Remember vaguely is the steering bush problem and the problems with my rear brakes. AD told me to replace the entire steering motor where else the manager, Jonathan told me to replace the bush.
Fast forward a few years later, I am now driving a 3 series. Last job was an air con coil replacement which had to strip the entire dashboard. Not many workshops could do it and I was very satisfied with the job done.

I drive a E200 and it suddenly overheated due to poor maintenance. My previous workshop I went to just do only the oil change and did not did a thorough check every time I went for servicing.
I was caught in a dilemma one day my car overheated in the middle of the road. I towed my car to my regular workshop, they could not do it. I then had no choice but to tow it to Cycle and Carriage, they quoted me a whooping $15K to do the overhaul. Just then, a friend who owns a 5 series told me he just did an overhaul a year ago. I asked him for his recommendation and he recommended Holland Auto Wheels. I called the boss up. He was very helpful and he arranged for my tow truck to tow my vehicle from Cycle & Carriage in Pandan to his workshop. After a full diagnostic, he quoted me the overhaul which is less HALF of what C&C quoted me. What made me trust my car to him was he has the necessary hardware and on board computers which many workshop do not have. When I collected my vehicle, it was just like brand new. Now after a couple of months later, I am still very satisfied on the job done and have vowed not to go back to my cheaper workshop which I patronized.
Those workshops are fine if you drive a simple jap, Korean or china car, however if you drive a German marque, you really need someone who knows the car well and speak their language. These cars need special tools and on board computers to tell you certain faults as explained by the mechanic.

Have been a few workshops, so far this one is one of the most friendly service staff and boss, with great knowledge of the car and repairs and recommendations.

Been going for aircon, tyre service since the old boss was in charge. However since the young boss take over, been doing full servicing since 4 years ago.

The boss is knowledgeable, willing to share but never pushy on sales.

The workers never assume and always consult when in doubt.

A workshop that strongly recommended for anyone who wants a personal touch and always in the know. Not the cheapest around but definitely worth the money spent.

Their mechanics are very experienced, knowledgable and friendly.
Always willingly share and explain on various car issues.

Been to HAW for servicing several times since i "Gave up" Servicing from C&C for my forte and there're no regrets. My last servicing was 2 days ago, for 140K servicing.

Each time, I observed that their servicing checks was done meticulously and was attended to by mechs who can diagnose & Solve my car problems; Unlike C&C (those who service at C&C will know, everything they will say "It's normal").

If they find any faulty components, they will recommend you to change, but there's no 'hard sell' at all. If they can repair w/o replacement, they won't insist you replace, in fact, for some problems I've got that i want to replace some parts, the mech actually told me there's no need. This is what I like most about HAW.

Their office cum waiting area is good too. Have free wifi and hp charging station and hot drinks FOC. If u r hungry, there's a coffeeshop directly beside HAW.

Overall a great experience everytime. :D

Great job great people

Had been a customer for about 3 years. A friendly bunch whom are open and willing to share infomation and give advise on car maintenance. Nice cosy corner to rest while I wait for my car to be ready, and the best is they open on Sundays as well. Pretty well equipped for all types of car servicing. I think the only grouse I have is that they should probably expand to a bigger workshop space to cater to more customers they are getting.

Been with Holland Auto Wheels for many years now.
Since my first ride till now, i have been with them on servicings, part replacements, Alignments, tyres etc..

They carry various engine oils and i get spoilt for choices :p

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable boss.
Technician knowledge is good and they are willing to share with me the basic know hows. No hard sell. Will always inform and recommend with the owner making the final decision.

Comfortable office area to chill with drinks and kopi while i wait for my ride to be ready.
