I suddenly could not start up my car's ignition and was in a dilemma on what to do.. calling a 24-hour service hotline to have my car towed back to the workshop, i managed to call this company.
He was quick to ask me what was wrong, what model and make my car was and was recommending me not to tow the car back to the workshop as it will cost more. Suspecting that it was a battery problem, he told me that most likely the problem can be diagnosed onsite.
The guy came within 20 minutes (with updates along the way to state he was arriving) and was quick to test the current battery to find out that it was totally flat. As a reassurance to customers, he even showed me his instrument and explain the numbers on his instruments with patience to ensure we understood what was going on.
Next came the changing of the battery. He recommended a few brands whereby the prices varies. He was not pushy and let us consider which battery to install, at the same time explaining which battery suits the different models of the car.
When all was done, he did not hurriedly packed up but also want the driver to ensure that all was good before he left by asking the driver to do the necessary checks.

My car broke down thanks to a flat battery once and I called up this company. A tow truck came within 15 minutes and towed my car to the workshop. The truck driver was quite friendly and made conversation while we were driving to the workshop. And the workshop staff were friendly and helpful too! Makes my car breaking down not so bad
