This is an unsolicited personal experience of AKA Car Rental that I would like to share after more than a decade of renting cars with them.

I can confidently say that my experience with AKA Car Rental has been nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to Ryan, who consistently delivers the best customer service I've encountered albeit weekdays or weekends. He takes the time and effort to understand my needs, offering different choices that perfectly suit my preferences.

Almost all the vehicles that I have rented are always in near pristine condition. Ryan and his team also makes sure that the car is washed and vacuumed before handing it over to me, and for that, the consistency on this point has been remarkable, as it reflects not only the reliability of the service provided but also the dedication of the team maintaining high standards.

There were a few incidents where I have carelessly damaged the vehicle during my rent, but I didn't have to be concerned about over paying as they have a list of repair costs that are being shown to me upfront even before renting. I don't think you will ever come across a car rental being this transparent, especially on this point.

Reason for my review after a decade, is that I am unfortunately migrating, and I know I will never come across another car rental company like AKA Car Rental.

I have been renting car from AKA car rental from the year 2018 and it as been a great experience. I contact RAYAN for the first time when I heard about AKA and from then till today me and RAYAN as been in contact whenever I need any cars. Rayan is one of a kind guy he goes to the extreme to help his customers no Matter what time is it. He gives his 100% for his customers. I encourage and recommend all P- plate users to contact AKA RENTAL if they want any cars even last min RAYAN is there to save your day. Thanks Rayan for always making my rental smooth and wonderful. Hats off to AKA RENTAL And not forgetting my dear brother RAYAN!! Thank you for your help when everytime I was in need of cars.

One of the few P Plate car rental services with a wide variety of vehicles that I would strongly recommend, and one that I've stuck with since 2 years ago, when I was still a P Plate driver, till now. The service provided by Ryan and his team has always been helpful, friendly and sincere when it comes to providing the best car choice for each individual's needs. As for the vehicles themselves, they are some of the most well-maintained cars I've ever driven, in terms of both cleanliness and functionality. Definitely would highly recommend anyone that needs a car, whether for a short or long period of time, give them a try.

One of few car rental options for p-plate drivers. Service provided by Jay was probably the highlight of the experience - very helpful, responsive, accommodating and transparent - was a little nervous renting a car but it all worked out fine. Just a minor hiccup at the start that my original rented vehicles got issues so they swapped out for another one, guess that happened at times. The Toyota Raize I got eventually was in good working condition (though turned out to be a little small for me). - Luke Phong, Rented Suzuki Vitara

Kudos to the team in aka car rental. Recently was involved with a minor accident but aka managed to help me private settle the accident at a lower cost. The team arrived to my location swiftly and settle my accident professionally. They understand how panick a p plate driver can be when we involved with an accident. Assuring us that they will help us to settle the accident with the minimum cost. The damage cost was reasonable too Thank you aka car rental for helping me during the accident providing me with the hassle free experience.

Rented a car from them recently and really enjoy their service. Well maintain car and the car will be washed and vacuum before hand over. They will go through the car with you patiently and never get irritated by my questions. Highly recommended if you are a new driver trying to get reliable car rental service
