Totally baffling customer service standards from a 5-star authorised workshop provider by NTUC Income Motor Insurance. Inpolite admin officer deemed 50-50 just because I made a lane change to avoid the dump truck which filtered into my lane without signalling before making the illegal uturn. As such, jumped into conclusions I was at fault without giving me respect despite me having provided the front & Rear dashcam footage, and was clearly unprofessional in helping her client fight for the most minimum liability for third-party motor insurance dispute during the accident report. OK fine, we can only let the insurance decide for the liability.

Phoned top up $380 for the other 3 rims, as my car insurance only covers damage to one of the damaged rims in the accident.

While body parts repair was pretty decent in general, I was totally not covered a single piece of accessories which was deemed "Aftermarket". In this accident that was not caused by me, I lost many accessories, including my phone holder & Cosmetic accessories on the collision-impacted area. What shocked me the most is the 360° Paranomic Camera system which I've installed on 4 sides of the car, 2 cameras (front bumper & Left wing mirror) were missing and not replaced due to collision impact and when I enquired AbwinM9, they said insurance does not honour liability for aftermarket accessories, claiming they only replace "Original parts" Of the car. I had to fork out $850 on my own to fully replace the 360° Paranomic camera system from a different workshop, which may not even be covered by my own NTUC Income's Comprehensive Motor Insurance. I lost so much financial repair fees, for a Comprehensive Motor Insurance that should have able to fight for claims coverage against the third party insurance and also cover my own damages too.

If you have several aftermarket mods which may not be honoured by certain motor insurance companies, please do not insure at NTUC Income, nor should you let AbwinM9 be your authorised workshop repair. You may pay hundreds or even thousands for car mods and lost then totally just with a simple bang by third party no matter how defensive you may be, even though you are not fully liable at fault. Such an unprofessional authorised workshop by NTUC Income for a 5-star reviewed standards, and I was extremely disappointed with admin officer's customer service provision.

Best Service Center i find so far. The Staffs were friendly and tell you what needs to be change and most importantly, telling you why and showing it to you. Short waiting time and comfortable aircon waiting area. They even gave free fruits and have a coffee machine for you to use. Definitely the go-to place for your one-stop car serving center. Triple thumb up!
