Visited this workshop... Talk to Daryl.... Nice guy. Understand that my car is going to scrap in another 9 months... Provide some constructive advise and options and no hard selling. Help to to source recon tyres and I will be going back next Sat for types rotation, balancing and alignment.

Went to Modern for wheel alignment after replacing my lower arms at DM as I stay at Woodlands. I am driving IS250 .Reached there at 5.45 pm,Upon agreeing to the fee, my car is hoisted up and ready for my wheel alignment .They are using the machine Hunter.Less than 5 mins,they said the job is done. Rear no need adjust because i replace my front lower arms.

I paid and left the shop alone to test drive.Went back 3 times to readjust but to no avail, my steering is not even straight after so many attepts by their technician.

Yesterday morning, call to speak to their in charge and told him about my problem, he ask me to go down as he explained that he will rectify for me.
Went down yesterday, ask the in charge to hop into my car and we went for test drive , showed him that my steering wheel is not even straightened. Drove back to their garage and redo alignment. After 2 attempts still cannot straightened. I told them to return me my money and as i will go Auto kinectic Or Kenny to do my alignment. Wasted alot of time.

Money returned and I went to look for Kenny at AMK autopoint. Did an alignment and left a happy man.This is my experience with this Modern automotive at woodlands. Kindly dun simply place a Hunter at your shop but cannot do alignment properly.

Dear Sir, our sincere apologies for your unpleasant experience at our Woodlands branch. Please be informed that due to technical error of the wheel alignment machine, we were not able to provide you with the wheel alignment service and we had made a full refund to you.

We had seek technical support from the machine supplier and the technical error had been rectified (with documentary proof).

We thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to offer you 10% discount when you change your tyres at Woodlands.
