"I was grateful that I was given rental rebates during the Circuit Breaker, even when the Company were also affected. Another scenario was when I was involved in a accident and the 1st thing Joel asked was if I'm safe and unhurt. He did not even want to know about the car and said all will be alright. I was shaken initially, but with his consolation, I felt better. As for Fiona, she will always be happy and patience to assist in any of my queries and her service is always with a smile.
