Best Car Leasing Experience I've Had

I leased a car from Lay Auto through Joel, and it's been over 8 months now. The experience has been amazing from the start. I've leased and rented cars from different companies before, but none of them come close to the service Joel provides. He's a genuinely helpful and honest guy who always puts his customers first. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and even months later, the support is still there. Joel is very accommodating and really goes the extra mile. I'm extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to lease a car.

I went today to add my name into a private hire car rental agreement and was serviced by Ms Fiona Wong. She was extremely helpful and went beyond her required job obligations by assisting me register on Grab app platform. Trust me, the process was extremely tedious, I would not have done it without her help.
